The OmniStrip 9400 is an Automatic Wire Cutting and Stripping Machine The OmniStrip 9400 fully automatic wire cutting and stripping machine was designed to automatically cut and strip 8-32 AWG discrete wire, solid wire up to 12 AWG, and multi-conductor cable up to 11mm. This user-friendly unit is easily integrated with Schleuniger's prefeeders, hot-stamping marking units, and stacking systems providing a complete fully automatic wire processing production line. The OS 9400 additionally has a convenient, easy-to-read graphic display that indicates the wires selected for processing and all desired parameters. The machine settings for all popular standard wires and cables are stored in memory and are simply called up as needed. For nonstandard applications, its menu-type user interface permits the individual programming of all parameters. Furthermore, the OS 9400 utilizes a patented blade system that permits the simultaneous use of multiple blade pairs for custom applications offering nearly unlimited wire processing capabilities.
